First Time Tuner w/ some questions

This is my first car bought and paid for by myself, and I'm ready to start learning the art of auto tuning. I was just wondering what some people thought would be the best thing to start on? I was looking into AEM cold air intakes, Pacesetter Catback exhausts, or Eibach Suspension Lowering Kit. Let know what you think and if anyone has any suggestions where I can get part at a decent price, please feel free to let me know. thanks alot. Hopefully I'll have at least one thing done before the end of summer with some pics.

I would get a short ram intake. The differnce in power between CAI and short ram is not a lot.

Its worth not risking sucking up some water or snow, especially if you live in NY
