They'll be on the second I get them back. Apparently they're all done and mounted, just need to get them back from the middle man...

It's the tip that comes on the ZZP. It looked really out of place with the base bumper, but fits perfectly with the SS rear bumper.

2.5 inch Stainless Cobalt Catback Exhaust - Exhaust

Looks like they're out of stock at the moment. I'd shoot them an email or call if you wanna order, their site can be screwy sometimes.

I feel like the exhaust tip is 3".
3.5" would be ridiculous next to 2.5" piping lol.

Had a nice little day at the junkyard today! Finally found a pair of matching black interior door panels!!!

And got around to putting in my black rear head rests!

Grabbed a set of G5 GT gauges, for ***** and gigs. I think I'm going to do up my SS/NA one's in LED's while these are in.

As you can see, the steering wheel still fits all funky. I took everything off and tried to get it to line up right, but I really think there's something wrong with this wheel. The leather feels soooo good though compared to the base model plastic crap. You can tell in the other photos how weird it sits too, comparatively to the air bag.

The gold trim pieces got old fast, so I picked up a set of clean light silver ones (my stock were the dark grey). I think it looks so much cleaner now!

Ordered a set of retros from one of the guys on facebook the other day, those should be here within the week! I'm excited!

So I finally went through and brought the exhaust up with hose clamps like Mike suggested. Didn't raise it a ton, but enough where I noticed less scrapes. Big news for the past week has been my new headlights!

I bought a pair of custom retro's used off a guy on facebook. Morimoto H1 projectors, blacked out housings, and blue halos. I had a hell of a time getting them wired correctly, but mostly because I hate and suck at wiring. They're in now and I really need some good pictures! I have a few, but need to get some of the light output on the projectors.

Love this build

I've done a thing or two to my DD cobalt but I'm now ready to go "full bolt on" like you seem to have done and I've got some questions about your 2.4L intake mani. Did you have any tuning issues? Does the 2.4 throttle body plug and go with the 2.2L harness? I was planning to go with a header/dp combo and cat back from ZZP and they sell a 2.0L throttle body to 2.4L intake manifold spacer/adapter. Would it be worth it to run a 2.0 throttle body on a 2.4 intake mani all bolted to a 2.2 motor lol.

I haven't gotten the car tuned at all. I am using the 2.2 throttle body on the 2.4 intake manifold. You can use either the 2.0 (with an adapter I believe, but don't quote me) or 2.4 throttle body will bolt right on, however you will need to get a tune with it. Just bolting on the intake manifold requires no tune. I'm really not sure how much of a difference the TB would make with bolt on's honestly.

Don't get me started about the wheels. I still haven't gotten them back. Been 5 months now since I dropped them off with the guy. If I ever get them back they're still going on the car.
