Gm Parts Direct???

Im About To Buy Stage Two This Week And The Only Dealership Around Is Trying To Rip Me And I Was Wondering If Anyone Has Dealed With Gmpartsdirect.com And If So How Were They? I'm Very Hesitant To Purchase Something Over $500 From An Online Source. Any Suggestions?

GM parts direct gives great prices. Then they scam the **** out of you on shipping. Go to CED. Trust me, much better.

in defense of gm parts direct, i've always had good dealings with them. i thought their shipping on the stuff i bought was very reasonable.

go with Crate Engine Depot, Tom is a real good guy, he wont do you any bad. From what I heard, their shipping is great, you get your items fast. I bought my GMPP exhaust from him, but since I'm local I picked it up myself.

Definately go with Crate Engine Depot. They're much better than GM Parts Direct.

CED has the best service of any vendor I've used, and they send you stickers with your purchase. Stickers!!!

Check for yourself: ask for the shipping costs up front.

I've always been hesitant to buy on-line too but I've found CED and Cobalt Performance parts to be honest and dependable.

Here's CED's website:

I gotta roll with everyone on this one. CED, Cobalt Performance and Cobalt Addiction are the best to go with.
