GMPP exhausts..

Hey guys,

So, my first exhaust I got on mine was a GMPP Performance. It held up well for my 3 years of owning it (as well as the previous owner) and it sounded good. A little aggressive, but good. It was just a bit droney with the automatic. But then I wanted a different look and swapped it for an Ark N2. I liked it, but it wasn't what I ended up wanting. Same kind of sound, and just bigger. So I'm considering going back to either stock SS (slight growl and depth) or going for a GMPP Touring. I heard the Touring is like the Performance, but just deeper and nice sounding without all of the aggressiveness. True? Will it still be loud and droney? I liked the performance the exhaust gave me, but I'm getting sick of the noise and I don't want it to be very loud. Would you recommend going back to stock or getting the Touring? I have both options open to me right now..

Thanks!

When I put a xtc catted DP on my SS/SC it was way too loud with the GMPP touring exhaust . What i did was take the muffler off the touring exhaust and put the stock muffler in it's place . I loved how that sounded .... a few other people asked me about it and did it themselves ......they loved it too. I wish i had some sound clips cause it was one of the best exhaust sounds ive heard from a 4 banger.
