Ground Wires?

I've been seeing these after market grounding wire kits on e-bay for decent prices now. Electrical systems aren't exactly my area of expertise so... are these things really worth the money? What do they do? How do you install them? Do y'all think it would be a good idea for my SS 2.4?

i think our cars could really use these since the elctrical system seems to be weak when i use my power windows all my lights dim down and it shouldnt do that, get it and try it, it would be awesome if you could do a before and after dyno to see what the gains are but that may be asking too much

some cars benenfit a lot from these...350Z's and G35's especially from what i remember.

you can make your own kit with some 4 gauge wire and 14 or 24k gold connectors.
