This may sound kinda stupid, and I did search for this. There is also no How To threads, but i just got my lights from the A Plus Performance group buy and i cant take the stock ones out.
I did what the manual said and i was still unable to get to them. If anyone has replaced their stock lights and found an easy way to do it or could explain better than the manual please post some info for me. I just figured that it would be just as easy to replace as the ones in my 94 Escort, but its not

 

i dont know what the manual says but if you take out the 2 bolts attached to the headlight (not the frame), and take out a couple of the clips that hold the grill on. Then you have to disconnect the harness and work the headlight out.

 

yeah man... I felt like an idiot when I did mine the first time.
had the manual out there with me. then DUH!!!! realized I had to take 2 of the push pins out to get the fixture out. Once I did that they were alot easier to get out... not just a pull out either had to work it to get it out... good luck if you havent gotten it done already.
