Instead of going with stage 2, I'd get the parts seperate... Yeah it doesn't come with a warranty but you can always take it off or just take the chances.
I was planing on getting the GM Stage 3 Computer(which has the hook ups for a 50 shot of NOS and a 100 octane mode and the fact that it shuts of the rear 02 it could be a great tune for running no cats) and buying the 42# injectors and 2.9 pulley all seperate and saving money. Since you already have a cat back get a header and downpipe to really open it up. with all of that.. you might want to get a wideband and aeroforce to keep an eye on things...

I heard the 100 octane mode is swwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeetttttt

Don't you need 60# injectors and a smaller pulley than 2.9" for stage 3?
And aren't certain things turned off with stage 3 to prevent it from being a street legal car and/or an inconvenience unless its an off-road/rally car only?

nah, its actually a 2.9 pulley that comes with the kit if you buy the kit i think... look at crateneginedepot.com for the pulley... it says a 2.9 for stage 3 um yes they did turn off the A/C but if thats really important you can by pass it... we've got a how to on it... and as for the 60# injectors nah... the stage 2 injectors are fine which are 42#ers crateenginedepot says you can run the stage 3 pcm on the stage 2 and it'll be fine

The stage 3 pulley is actually a 2.99 so it more like a 3 inch.

Stage 2
2.9
Header
Down Pipe
Cat-back
Tint
Springs
Projectors
Hids.

I have all that but the tint and springs and im pretty damn happy so far. I would say thats a good start, you will get good performance gains and better looks.
