Left side part #15246087 cost$12.46 trade$15.84 retail$21.12
right side part #15246803 cost$12.46 trade$15.84 retail$21.12

Now these are the grill inserts but the front bumper is different cause the fog lights look like they mount directly to it. I'm sure you could come up with some way to mount them though.

jackalope,
Your left side has a number swapped around You have 15246087 but it's supposed to be 15246807.
That's the downfall about dealing with part numbers all the time. They all look the same every now and then

Anyway you could post a exploded view of the dash? I am about to pull all my silver trim pices off to paint, and something telling me where all the screws are would sure make it a little easier. See what you can do, and thanks in advance.

Huh, in looking at several cans here at work I can honestly say I have no idea! They don't say!

But I can't imagine it'd be laquer paint. Its gotta be enamal based.

I've always used the high gloss enamal clear coat myself and I've never had any issues at all. BUT do a test piece first to be on the safe side.

Oh another good one is the DUPLI-COLOR clear coat, that stuff is great! Even coverage and goes on really good!
Again try a test part !st to make sure YOU are happy with the results.

I posted the prices, GM parts direct, PART#22734486 cost$6.60 trade$8.68 retail$11.58
it mounts to the left of the dimmer switch and unless you plan to mod the panel your gonna need panel it mounts to. Now I would have given the # for it but they list like 10 of them! What color is the trim plate in you car so I can narrow it down?

Here's a few pics of dash pieces that would prob be the ones you would paint.

You might have to remove the knee bolster before you can remove the pieces on each side of your steering column.

If it's made of the same paint as the small touch up tubes, it's lacquer. Knowing GM, you never can tell what it is. It might be one one day and another the next. lol
