Help replacing alternator

Was wondering if there is a how to on how to replace my alternator on my 2.2 cobalt or if I should just let the dealer take care of it? Thanks for any help.

Disconnect the negative terminal on your battery. Remove the serpentine belt. Take the harness off of the alternator. Remove the mounting bolts. Steps in reverse to install new one. Should be pretty easy.
