Help with the unknown

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this but...
I've been trying to figure out what has been done to my recently bought Cobalt SS S/C, but I can't quite figure it out.
The things that I have found/have been stated by the seller are the following
ZZP Lowering Springs
ZZP Shorty Headers
ZZP Catless Downpipe
Injen CAI
Hurst Short Throw Shifter
Possible Tune
Possible Pulley Size Reduction

I say possible tune because the previous owner said the car revs to 7,000, not 6,500 and the catless downpipe does not throw a check engine light.
I'm pretty confident the pulley is aftermarket, as from what I understand stock pulleys are pressed on not bolted on. No markings on the pulley, is it a possible GM Stage 2?

Pulley

Top-down view of the pulley, it is rubbing

Injectors

Not a dual-pass endplate

Intake

Headers/Downpipe

Full engine bay

I used to have an '06 of the same color.

The pulley looks very much stock. The stock pully is not pressed on, it has bolts with blue Loctite.

Stock pulley is pressed on. That looks like a gm stage 2 pulley and gm stage 2 injectors. If you look closely at the face of the pulley it should say what size it is I believe.

This will help with your injector question as well.

I have looked at the face of the pulley but I haven't seen any markings of the sort. The pulley is rubbing against the tensioner bracket and has shown signs of it rubbing like the black paint coming off. I doubt the stock pulley was designed to rub.

It wasn't. I had a GM stage 2 on my old 05. It looked really similar to yours. I don't have any pictures of the pulley...

Yeah, I've been trying to find pictures of the GM installed pulley, but I have had no luck if this is truly stage 2, then I got this car for a steal.

If that is the case, it is different from the '05 because those were not pressed on. I stand corrected.

That pulley shouldn't rub. Can you take some more pictures of the bracket and stuff?

That looks like a rather large pulley. I'd almost say near stock sizing.

This is my 2.8" pulley. I don't remember where I got it in 2006, but it was marked with the millimeter sizing indented.

EDIT: Actually, if I remember correctly, the indent on my pulley was made to LOOK like the GM Stg 2 Pulley, which was marked with a "77.9 mm".

EDIT2: I was correct, here's a GM Stage 2 pulley:

And here's the stock pulley off of a 2007 SS/SC:

All Cobalts came from the factory with a pressed on pulley. The Stg 2 kit came with a new hub and bolts expressly for this reason. Also, stock 2007 pulley posted above.
