hi guys!happy Easter!

So last night I pull my e brake and it won't lock so this morning I go and try take everything apart inside the car and I find this----

What is that???

What is that???

The ratcheting tab that slowbalt2000 said he welded back in. It's what locks the brake in place when you pull it
