Wow, now I am really lost. Why would Chevy change the colors from the 2005 to 2006 model year?

Heres the colors that Chevrolet currently has listed for comparison:
(The current ones are listed in bold, with my guess as the replacement beneath)

Laser Blue and Mejestic Amethyst sound pretty cool, but I have no idea why GM would change the other colors that are perfectly fine? It just doesn't make sense...

 

AAAHHHH they need to build and ship some 05's!
Not plan 06 changes. lol

 

new paint shop will be up and running by then...probaly the reason for the new colors

wont the 2006's SC with 2.4 liters have only 175HP?

 

The 2.4 motor is considered an SS package, but it is not supercharged, thats why many here refer to the SS S/C as the supercharged model. The 2.4 will only have 174 Hp (est) but it is non-supercharged..so imagine if it was

 

I agree 100%. I was also told yesterday by the Chevy Cobalt Marketing Manager, that Targeted Production for the 2006 Cobalt SS (2.4L) coupe and sedan, is June 2005.

 

I can't wait to see the SS sedan in white! I know it will be pimp
