Bill Heard Chevy is the one who said noone has them and they cannot get them.

 

Step 1: Go to dealership

Step 2: get out of vehicle, wait for salesmen

Step 3: tell him you want a Cobalt SS/SC

Step 4: if he says "none are available" tell him to go look for one

Step5: if he still says "none are available" speak with the manager/owner

Step 6: Walk away with smile as you either A) found a cobalt that will be delivered OR B) placed an order for a cobalt SS/SC

Ill see what happens proryder. I just talked to the sales manager @ the dealership I bought mine from. He said they have 1 in yellow that is "hiding". Its an '07 but no G85. Has sunroof and polished wheels though. He told me its like 22,300. I told him 21k OTD He will get back to me tomorrow woohoo!!

Get G85. Wait longer, custom order what you want...

A custom ordered vehicle you can still get a great deal on, because the dealer doesn't have to hold any inventory for a period of time...its "vehicle arrives...is immediately sold..."

 

Ill check with em tomorrow. Id like to stay about $21k OTD though. Id like no more than $350/month payments soooooooo over $21k is pushing it.

Woohoo! Just bought an 07 SS/SC in Yellow (same as before ) for 21,600 OTD. Has sunroof & polished wheels. The dealer Ive been dealing with wanted 24,400 for the same damn car! Its gotta come from about 1 hour out of Vegas, but Ill have it tomorrow! So ******* happy.

Its not cheaper, the price is lower because the recaro seats are no longer included in the G85 performance package.

congrats!!! i kinda had the same problem, only one in vegas back in august and it was orange, not crazy about that color. i had to drive to pheonix for my SS/SC.

 

I've seen on 07 on here with the Recaros. Although he custom ordered it rather than dealer lot. I assume they are trying to phase out the Recaros so you probably won't find any on lots, but you might be able order them, for now.

 

I'll sell you my black 06 with 2800 miles on it for what I have in it.
