How do you know you throw a code?
This is a newbie question but how do you know when your car throws a code? Does it show it on the dash?

it should come up on the dash, most likely where the text is.

It will display it in the gauge cluster somewhere. (havent thrown one in my SS yet so I dont know the exact location of where it displays but it will be somewhere on the gauge cluster)

i didnt think it actaully threw you codes, just gave you a CEL.....hmmmmm weird.....
