How much oil??

How much oil??

So ive resently purchased an 06 ss/sc, had the oil changed at the dealer when i got it, but now its time to change again, but the car did not include the onwers manual and i was wondering if you guys could help me, when doing a full change, filter and all, how much oil does the engine hold??

It seems that not all the cobalts are exactly the same, but the oil fill on the SS/SC is usually around 6.25 - 6.5.

i concur with rnjmur. i changed my oil for the first time on my 06 ss/sc racaro edition and i let it drain for about 1 hour. ALL OIL was out. and i refilled with 6.50 qt
