With the LSJ what are some common internal upgrades that have been done?

Why are you asking? You can search there are about 20 build threads out there that is a great place to start.

I know eventually I'm going to need to upgrade them. I'm sidetracked from studying for a test so I was just looking for some quick answers.

You won't need to upgrade them unless you plan on pushing big power like 300+ whp

Hopefully I will once I save enough money to go either twin charged or do the turbo swap. But I figured it would be smarter to do internals first
