"It's safe to drive" - Dealership
Keep in mind, under Magnuson-Moss, they have to PROVE in a court of law that the rims caused the damage.
The stock part (wheel studs) broke, NOT the rim. The Wheel studs are a warranted item. As long as your rims did not directly cause the failure in the studs, you're in the green.
More than likely, someone at some point didnt tighten your lug nuts all the way, or someone loosened them at some point. You need to trace back when the wheel shaking started.

Due to the fact that any wheel would start to wobble and shear off studs if it were under-torqued, i believe the dealer should still be at fault. That is probably the first thing they should have checked too, i had a clunking sound constantly from my front end and i went and torqued down the front wheels and it went away(originally my shotty torquing job, probably wasn't paying attention to settings). Either way, they said it was OK to drive, which it wasn't, they didn't diagnose the problem properly, so it is their fault.
hahaha I was never a fan of Wally either, idk where I'll be taking it now...
Haha, I watched it roll next to me in my side view before I actually realized what happened haha.
UPDATE: Cars back at home.
They replaced the fender, front and side lip, wheel well liner, front bumper, grill, wheel, and wheel baring with new studs.
Re painted and blended my entire front end, so no more rock chips lol

bull sh*t... Call the Chevy rep for south east Michigan and hear what he has to says is the best in the area... Wally Edgar.... First 3 oil changes were FREE... and with the change i got a car wash, and fluids (i.e. wiper, coolant etc.. ) Not to mention when i get home i have a free set of rubber waiting for me because, with out even inspecting the car they are replacing them under warranty for excessive wear...
Bill Fox f'd my dad over with our old Mini Van, so we switched to Wally and have never had a problem...
So i go to the most accredited Chevy Dealer in Southeast Michigan, but to each his own i guess...
You of had them pay up for your cracked neons... lol
