Junky Cobalt

So i finally got rid of the cobalt on thursday. Got to my girlfriends just as the heater blower motor was going out, squeeking real loud. Got out of the car and smelled something burning, opened the hood and looked and had some wires hanging rubbing on the s. belt. After all the rattles and everything on the car i said screw it and went and traded it in for a 08 F150 R/C. I would like to thank everyone who helped with any questions i may have had while owning the car. Thanks.

I have realized that the squeeks, rattles, and problems are just all part of the package.. I'm selling my car now too. I need something that I FEEL is reliable. I drive this car now and feel like its going to fall apart.

Its time.

Haha funny you should say that... Maybe I should stay away as well... Unfortunately, I'm looking at a C5 z06 or a C6...

My LS is the most trustworthy car I ever had. I never have any doubts that she will take me any where I want to go.

How is beating on it going to cause the blower motor to go out and other problems? The engine and tranny were good. It was everything else that was the problem.

Yes i will only buy american built. I think that all these import companies are what is hurting the car market/business.

Mine is the first NEW car ive ever had, and would say its the best car i've owned. But I only owned one car... Not a valid statement. Had I owne a brand new VW, i'd prolly like that better.

My first 05+ car I've personally owned and I love it. It's the little **** that's making me wish I would have gone GTO instead. I'll be happy again when I get it back from the dealer. Please no more engine reduced power crap, please!

Haha, as much as I hate to say it, Ford and Toyota are about tied as far as quality goes right now. I dislike Ford products though. I will stick with GM for a while and then probably go with something from Toyota beings they are the ones that give me my paychecks. haha.

Once the Cobalt is paid off I'm either going to look at Nissan, VW, or a used BMW... or follow a dream of owning a Chevelle (which isn't financially sound this day and age)
