Wheelmax has some very very similar wheels in both 17" and 18" sizes. I remember them having the 4x100's in stock, but I didn't even ask about the 5 lug.

I got my wheels from Wheelmax. They always have really good specials. I got 17” wheels with mounted tires for $625 shipped!
