Thumbs up Koni Challenge Race at Mid Ohio

Hi all Cobalt owners. This is Eric Curran, driver of the 01 Georgian bay Cobalt SS Turbo in Koni Challenege. I wanted to thank all the Cobalt owners for coming out and watching out race at mid Ohio last weekend. Sorry we didnt give a little better results. The weather played a big effect on the outcome. The good news is our two wins have us still leading the Championship. Hope to see all of you again soon.

Thanks and keep on watching!

Eric Curran

Watched the coverage on speed on Saturday. It was awesome. Glad to see so many cobalts. I seem to remember a lot less of them last year when I was watching koni challenge.

Anyway good luck to ya. Ill be watching the next race on Speed too.

Did you have the race slicks on towards the end of the race? I couldn't believe how much time you were gaining on everyone else.

I watched the race on speed last night. Too bad the move to slicks at the end didn't payoff with a better result. If only the race was longer. Good luck at the Glen this weekend. Also good luck trying to find a sponsor for the nationwide series. Saw that you're trying to run a few races in that series.

Hello again!

Some pics of Eric and Teammates from the Weekend at Mid-Ohio.

I believe I talked to you for a while about getting starting in the racing industry & I also talked to you right after the race.

Me:

I had my Scruffy-Faced Bum look going on!

Good luck with the rest of the season. My fiance and I are trying to find another weekend to go to a track and watch you guys, it was definitely a blast to watch at Mid-Ohio. The rain hurt things for sure, but you know you have a good driver/car combo when everyone else is pulling 105 second laps and you are cranking off 99 second laps.
