Hey guys,

So, I've ran LED bulbs in my 3rd brake light and side markers for awhile now. Just bought some LED's for the plate light, reverse lights and interior lights (so everything matches the crispness of the HID's).

But, I saw these LED bulbs for the tails and front corner bulbs. I ran a set awhile back of ones from Pep Boys but they were only flat ones, so they didn't illuminate the rest of the housing, just outwards. So my tails were just these little dots. It was odd looking. But I saw they offer "tower" style ones.. I'd assume those would work well. Also offered in amber and red..

Anyone running these? If so, they nice? Please post up pics if possible!!

no, I was just asking about the bulbs for the actual tail lights and front signals. I already have the rest.. lol

i would also like to change my rear tail lights to LED along with the front turn signals. and btw where did you get the third brake light i want to go led on that one of mine is out lol and i dont really feel like changing the bulbs all the time.

 

Apparently a vendor on here sells a complete LED bar. Or, if you're old school .NET, you remember the Impala 3rd brake-light mod. lol

As for me, I just replaced the 3 bulbs with LED ones. Looks linda OEM but not as stupidly hugely lit up. Looks much better. Would like to eventually do a full bar though..

 

I no longer have the third gen lights but I still use the same bulbs for the signals. I get mine from www.v-leds.com
