lnf build date

hey guys im looking at buying an 08 turbo and one o my concerns is the cracked head that alot of te turbo guys have had.the build date on it is 6-5-08 and it has 24k on it and only 2 months left on powertrain and im nervous about taking that risk when my lsj has no problems.do you guys think id be ok?

ok well im stupid my bad.now that i got the right thing to talk about do you think id be ok with that build date? i didnt really see any threads on the date range to avoid to avoid this problem

IIRC a few of the guys with that issue and they were in the sept /08 .......oct/ 08 build dates . It's not that big of an issue thou .... maybe a handful of guys here have had a problem .

Powertrain should be 5years/100k miles, why does it run out in 2 months?
