Maf Intake sensor Bolts

I am in need of a replacement Maf screw for the intake sensor as one of them is stripped off and the other not far behind. I have exhausted all my options for replecement locally. (tried every hardware store big and small) i have called all the parts supliers locally and no one Stocks them or even know what to order to get them. I dont want to use a metal screw to replace the part but at this point it looks like im goint to have to. Does anyone know where i can get a set of replacement bolts (even a couple dozen would be fine) and what size im looking for.. i think ive nailed it down to 6X1/2 for the size but i can only find screws in that size and the Threading always looks different from the one i currently have.
if anyone knows the size and where i can get replacements that would be great!

I didnt really want to call GM for this part if i dont have to.

Thanks.

Email Tim at ZZP. They include 2 nice allen-wrench type MAF bolts with their intake for the Cobalt.

I'm sure they could work something out and just sell you the bolts.

Let me know the outcome.
