Yeah it's been 3 months and they just told us that they didn't get it so I can't send them another since they are now sold out. I refunded their payment.
This is just another reason why we went E-ZINE. We never sell out of copies and it's so much easier to keep track of even though there is still problems now and then but they can be easily resolved now.
I apologize for that and I told them that as well.
