I was wondering... since there is a lack of cobalt merchandise.... especially in apparel.... would I need permission from chevrolet or gm to make a design for t-shirts using the cobalt car and COBALT logo ( not chevy emblem ).... because if not... I will try to create an awesome design and have t-shirts made for us cobalt fans and drivers.... so in short.. would I have to consult with chevy or GM ?

.... jeez.. they aint making this easy... i only planned on makin a couple shirts for us cobalt fans.... i think they think im tryin to make a cobalt empire

 

just do it, thats like them trying to sue over people reproducing company logos, like for decals and stuff.... if you use a picture of your car, they cant really do anything.....
