Most direct route from E-Bay to cabin?

Im trying to hook my aftermarket mechanical boost gauge to my new pillar so it will match. Question is....

What is the most direct route from the engine bay to the cabin on the driver's side? Id originally wire it through the clutch peddle but i dont have the hose, and it wouldnt be as clean.

Suggestions? Pictures? help? All i see is the plastic shroud under the wipers and there doesnt look to be much room under it.

Thanks!

theres a rubber plug on the firewall above your brake peddle.

hmmm, i dont think so, i mean there is, but there not easy to get to, you can follow some of the wire bundles, i dont think your going to have much luck tho. i would just get a bigger tube, its just the regular vac pressure tube rite? 5 bucks at ur local parts store.

yea but it is susceptible to pinching and i really dont want a skewed hose

i ended up routing it through the fender+door for now.... until i get more hose or look at a more direct route. I dont think the hose will break but it can easily be pinched a little given the gromet around the brake

buy more hose...there's no other option for wiring to the driver's side.

Are you serious? That's not direct at all...the vac line you have to cut is right there dead smack in the middle of the engine compartment. Pop the grommet and wire underneath or wire it through the grommet.

I get it, I'm just saying how did you have enough hose to wire it through the fender but not the grommet, the grommet is closer to the pillar!
