Need advice for buying a 06 LSJ!

I found this nice looking 06 LSJ (not a G85 pkg) in my town, its got 130,000 km (80,000 miles) and all stock besides a SLP catback exhaust. The guy wants about $5,500 for it.

Just wanted to know from some of the more experienced LSJ owners on here if their was anything i should look out for or ask about when i check it out? Is their any common problems LSJ's get around that 130k?

any response appreciated! thanks boys!

I would check if the timing chain tensioner has been replaced or is making any noise, the usuals when were fluids changed, what was used, other than that take it for a rip and see how it does.

once you buy it I would check to see if the heat exchanger pump is working, chances are it isn't.

about all I can think of to suggest.

oh also see if you can see if the s/c pulley looks stock or not and check the color of the bolts holding that particular pulley on.

Mine as well. Easy to tell just pull the cap and look and see if you see coolant swirling around.
