need engine upgrades

my buddy has a cobalt ls and it alread has a good air intake and ****, so what else besides a turbo can we do to it to produce more torque and horses???????????///

Catback, downpipe, header, intake manifold.

Those are his options since he already had an intake. And no the intake manifold is not an air intake. Its what an intake hooks up to.

lol Alot of stuff.

It really depends on how much of a power increase is desire, and what the budget is.
