New plugs?

Ok, my car randomly gives me the misfire code. This only happens maybe 1 every 2 weeks and is during DD. I give my car hell at the track and i have never once gotten a misfire code there. My question is, what plugs should i get? part number? gap? my car/mods are listed in my sig.

Could it just be the tune? I seem to remember that it was kind of lean in the low rpm's.

BTW, what plugs are you currently running, and what gap?

drop the gap to .35
smaller gap lowers chances of spark blow out causing misfires.
