is there any other way😉 yes I'm one of those ppl who enjoys it on the day to day if ur not doing it ur just lazy. Probably why my car hasn't had any tranny issue with 35k hard DD/30+1/4 miles passes/trips in it the last 2 years it's at like 87k now. I'm shocked the stock clutch has lasted this long with no issues lol I'm very aware of how I shift I like a smooth ride haha

guess what, fun is necessary. I understand I don't need to do it but I like to. Guess what, I'm a better driver because of it. Guess what, when u drop gears its really helps. Mabe u just don't race your car as much as I do or don't live in a area like I do where that stuff u can do everyday and not using this car as intended that's really unnecesarry. The whole point of this car is fun.

which 1 my 07ss or 10ss?? My 07stage2 didn't have it very long learned about cobalts had a build plan for it but live in CA, so a tc was a better choice for me. My 10, bro 110° days at the drag strip the last 2 summers doing pull after pull for hours like 10+passes a trip had time to stop for a little and eat then do more lol every other week for 6months. Race anything I see on the street being on the road in my car for work 3-5 hours a day all last summer and smashing down the back roads of Northern California putting 35k on it in 2 years doubt it lol But if u have then good ur using the car for fun!😎

I have both cars beat by a big margin. Numerous hot and humid track days, hitting a curb at 60, getting t boned in a snowstorm, off roading for miles with two kayaks on the roof and 200 lbs of gear in the trunk, driving every day for work sometimes 250+ miles at a time, road salt for the last 8 years, lots of potholes, lol.

Double clutching not necessary
Rev matching takes load shock away from the trans. Both better for traction and better to not shock load the trans. While not necessary it's all around the better way to go.

Lol to beast, I had a guy hit my door last August😠 but thats about it for wreckage lol glad to see other ppl drive the car like I do tho and enjoy it. Not showcar it or make it non-streetable. I put miles on and know I will just get a LDK when the time comes lol

To space the upper pipe away so it doesn't touch the motor

There should be a little tap off the charge pipe that bolts to the motor.

The tubes a spacer for the mount on the motor and tab on the pipe then the bolt goes down through.

the spacer goes into the stock dv to block it off so you can use a BOV. least im pretty sure thats what its for, i used a block off plate anyways, never tried it

if you put the spacer under the pipe the pipe/bov will hit the hood.

Bolt fits. Hold the pipe up while you start to thread it in.

Got my stage 2 mounts today will install them sometime this week but can guarantee I will need some help. I know about the how to Powell did but I'm a rookie when it comes to the engine especially trans mounts. Do I loosen the engine mount while doing the trans mounts? How hard is it to take off my k&n? Hope you guys can help me out other then calling me a noob
