I logged 14.5psi on a 34*F day once back when I had the stock pulley, and GMS1.

Maybe my peak boost rose a little higher, because I was reving to 7k?!? Who knows.
When I first got HPT, I bumped the rev limit to 7k and changed nothing else to start with, 14psi on stock pulley then. But revving to 6500 it wouldnt go past 12.5

No, that isn't it. A leaking flex pipe wont cause restriction that results in PSI increase.

Yeah, that sounds right.

Hey sorry I'm so late but I was just told by a friend that my boost gauge is reading 2.5 when the car is off so I'm really boosting 12.5 true or false?

When you just shut the car off, the boost gauge does not re-zero its self.

It usually stops somewhere in vacuum when you shut the car off.

To re-zero the gauge you need to turn your key to the on position. Check that, and see where the needle lands.

pink/orange fluid in filler neck attached to front of blower. If empty, fill with dexcool/distilled water. If fluid not moving, hit pump with hammer until flowing.

Ugh... yes, you heard me correct. hit the electric fluid pump with a hammer (not as hard as you can but firmly) to knock the dust off the motor brushes. All of our h/e pumps will fail at some point, usually before 50k miles.
