yeah well today was the first time i was gonnna run the cobalt at the trackk but one street before the track all the sudden i had no second gear. Well i could get into second but it was a grind everytime any idea??? Now the balt is siting at chevy overnight.....i think it might be time to let the balt go

that sounds like a bad idea not hating on chevy but i think they have to get there act together maybe maybe not but i am looking for serious explanations or stories anybody have this happen to them

 

I grind here and there going into second, even if i go slow as hell and push in clutch to the floor, shift to second, than ease the clutch out and i will still grind sometimes....

Ok so everyone here is absolutely no help. Here dude. Its your second gear synchro. My car had this same problem earlier this year. Its covered under warrenty, Just never say u were at the track. You were just driving regularly and it just wouldnt go into gear.
