Oil Filter....

My dad took my car to work to change the oil but when lookibng for the filter he coud not find it. Could someone tell me where it is? I have a ss/sc.

its located underneath the Supercharger...it your looking toward the car its on the right side. youll see what looks like a black cap, with a hex formation on top
its gota be a pain in the **** to get it out, its really tight in there, especially if the engine is still hot...i leave it to the mechanics

It wasn't that hard.... Just use a 32mm socket with a 12inch extension and ratchet and your good to go.... your gonna have to fit one hand underneath the SC and the other on the oil filter cap and wiggle it out and pull it out from underneath the SC because you have the most room that way.... $70-$80 bux for an oil change is garbage. it's not that hard.. I heard some places will change the oil for $30 but they don't replace the oil filter

for 6 quarts of mobil 1 synthetic i was told is like $45...that probably just the dealer price actually...
