Josh from OTTP reported the thread but did not even attempt to defend himself nor the company. Seems a little fishy.

I didn't feel I had to respond to this and I supported my reasons why when I reported it but the mods here don't seem to care so I will be talking with internet brands today.

First lets deal with the stock. Here is the most recent order I have from aeroforce and a picture of our stock as of this morning. We are actually low on stock at the moment.

http://ottperformance.com/images/aeroforce_invoice.jpg
http://ottperformance.com/images/aeroforce_stock.jpg

So now we can see that we did have stock so lets deal with the shipping. When our post office receives a international package they are very strict, if the date on it says yesterday they won't let it out, if it is off by a ounce they also won't ship it out. They instead hold packages for up to 10 days and don't notify us until the package is back here. This doesn't happen often but it is what happened here. They claim the postage has spoiled and we have to print a new label and we don't get refunded for the shipping already paid. This is why the first label still shows processing. So we paid shipping twice on this order so now lets look at the invoice.

http://ottperformance.com/images/carter_order_5043.jpg

You can see above that he didn't even pay for shipping yet he wants it refunded and he only mentions he wants it refunded after the order has already shipped for the second time. It also has the tracking number and most recent ship date, we ship directly from our website when it shows shipped on a certain day it also means it automatically emailed the customer the tracking number, I also have the reciept from the post office when I drove there to drop it off showing that it was sent out on the 8th, when things travel to Canada they take time and that is not our fault and any canadian should know this and expect this. You can also see that he ordered a PT series gauge, the current model that we just received in august is the 2.8 for PT series and 3.7 for CN series. That means you were shipped the correct gauge.

The money issue is always my favorite. You say it's not about money yet you wanted a discount when you ordered and then a refund after it shipped and now you have a paypal case for $115. It appears that it is all about money.

I'm not going to read all the replies, but the fact is they BOTH LIE and that's while I will never do business with them again.

Like how they ran my card on a product they didn't even have in stock, and my buddy Kenny's Powell mounts in which he got one story from OTTP, and the real story from John Powell.

**** OTTP.

As per what my pm says it shows that I was quoted 205$ for the gauge. The special price, and the $23 for the shipping. In total I paid your normal asking price
On your website. I indeed paid a shipping fee, the 23$ "Sean" quoted me.

You only have one order with us. Ordered on 4-5-10 and shipped on 4-6-10, so who is lying?

It is now "yes" partly about the money Josh because you told me I would be getting the version 3.7, you as the owner said yes most definitely it will be the 3.7 and what I got is a 2.8. Not the correct model, I was
Told I was getting the newest. So I ask for a refund, Partial refund for the trouble, the shipping Indeed paid and for getting the wrong gauge.

Did you read what I wrote? If we would have sent you a v3.7 it wouldn't work on your vehicle. V3.7 is for CN or CAN vehicles, this would be a 2.4 cobalt a 2.2 cobalt and a 2.0l lnf 08-11 cobalt. You got the right gauge and it is the newest model as the invoice shows it just got here 3 months ago.

I just re-read it now. My mistake on that part. I will admit I was incorrect on the version. Everything else stands.

Not once did you try to contact me, I had to call and call to get a hold of you. Even after I continually asked you to contact me back, you never did. I emailed you about the shipping which when talking to you ( you mentioned and agreed about refunding me the shipping ) your screen shot showing I did not pay it is because you took the added shipping to make it your full site pricing. It shows in my pms the agreed shipping from sean. I can post it later.. On my iPhone and can not include it.

We have both said our part, the only thing left is the paypal dispute that is wrong as you were shipped the correct item. So I would like you to cancel it today or I can escalate it to a claim and have paypal close it because you have admitted it is the correct gauge.

You referencing the:
-Progress springs I ordered
-you PROMPTLY billed me for
-then informed they were out of stock
-no clue when they'd be in
-I then questioned your billing, and settled for Sportlines as you had already pocketed my money for a product you couldn't provide? ....and your system automatically ran my card. Yep.

Let's touch on Kenny's mounts, as I was around while you guys gave him the run around there too.

Hell I even tried to give you a chance this year, but I drove to ZZP and bought the product in store with no delay in response. I even inquired on these Aeroforce's, but glad I didn't bother. I have no problem putting money into my car, you just won't see any of it .

idk getcarter everyones hopping on zzp's dick now but josh raised some valid points like you living in canada and stuff, this type of transactions get really complicated sometimes.

so far i've bought a few things from ottp and sure they dont always email u back or it takes a while but i think its one of those business's ran out of a home, WHICH IS FINE. they can't be checking their email and answering calls 24/7 for cobalt parts, they probly have lives and jobs too just like us.

but so far josh especially has always been helpful to me, will usually answer the phone and work everything out for his customers.

just waiting on that stage 2 kit now, josh...

I've dealt with Josh and OTTP countless times and I have never had a single issue with them. In fact he has gone out of his way to call me and help me out with things like getting my TVS replaced before I even had a chance to contact him.

You guys have to realize that every company will have "haters" and will have a "bad deal" sooner or later whether it's the company's fault or not. Everyone get off the Powell bandwagon, if you don't like OTTP or any other company, then don't buy from them. No one is forcing you to.

I would like to say that when i mentioned to you about the version it would of been nice for you to tell me the model I would be getting instead just agreeing that I would be getting
A model you knew would not be correct. Everything else still applies.

I assume this is Josh using the account and not Sean again, I do not personally know you and I'm not saying your a bad person, just the way things were handled, the service, lack of communication, etc is the "bad" of Ottp.

As you said We have both said our part.

You have to realize that those gauges drop ship (aka they're not "in stock" at OTTP, they ship from Aeroforce) and if you're in Canada they're going to take a lot longer to get there.
I understand this if that was the cause but as it was stated in the 4 hour sale thread and the pms they had it in stock.

You asked if it was the v3.7 so I assumed you knew what gauge you needed and that it was a CN series. Sorry about the mis-communication, this is Josh btw.
