Poly Tranny Mounts?

Well im debating where its a good invest ment to get some poly tranny mounts or not? I have motor mounts already and when i get my new clutch and flywheel installed they could do the poly mounts at the same time. What are the benifits of having these? any vibs? thanks

You will feel a little more torque and some vibration. I love the mounts....

Better overall feel when shifting and all imo

I just have tranny mounts and the vibs acually feel nice. How are the motor mounts? I was going to get them but didn't want it to be over kill, considering my car is basically stock right now.

if you already have motor mounts and you dont have tranny mounts... thats bad juju. what you are doing is locking out your engine and transfering all that power and vibes to your tranny which is hella stressful. you really cant have one without the other. you need tranny mounts to have a solid base.

yeah you can just get tranny mounts, then someone needs to work on a cab that does not fall apart.

Expect to hear a lot of rattles in the interior, I'd say that's the only downfall, they rule.

There not installed...I have them tho waiting for my clutch install. I hear horrid stories on vibs from the ingalls figure i'd go all mounts instead.

lol, mounts are worse than ingalls. its a mount and ingalls is a dampner. looks like a lil hydrolic.

Go for them, they greatly reduced my wheel hop and the vibration isnt that bad. Itll rattle some stuff loose but they settle in after about 1500 miles. Motor mount is next.

agreed, it's really not that bad, and they get better with time, plus you get used to them. I don't feel them at all anymore.

Dont buy from ebay, one of the reasons this site exists is from vendors like us "Turbo Tech Racing" We sell them, keep them in stock, and are ALWAYS here if you have any questions... eBay on the other hand... Good luck...
