power windows

I was wondering if someone could do me a favor next time they are in their cobalt. I have a 05 LS with power windows, but the passanger side take 3-4 seconds more to roll up compared to the driver. THe dealership was being ********* to me and told me that that is how its appose to be be. I was wondering if this is true or not.

It's true, the pass side rolls up and down slower than the driver side.
