Can anyone explain why the prices for clutches, flywheels, exhaust, headers.... etc. went up so much? I'm going to be hurtin when I go to buy parts this summer.

 

They went up? your just not going to the right places

 

turbo tech racing went up, create engine depot, slp stayed the same on there exhaust though and magnaflow so far but I'm more concerned with clutches and flywheels

 

clutches are not cheap never really have been

 

i know there not cheap but most of the stuff Im looking at just jumped 200 - 300 dollars..

Fuel goes up, freight goes up, price goes up and we get stuck paying for the increase.

 

EXACTLY. Most things have gone up along with the price of fuel. Costs more for the materials to make it, the shipping to distribute it, and the retailers to stock and sell it.

 

Thats why I cant understand when I see somebody say "gas going up dont bother me" You like giving away money? Just walk thought Wal-mart everything has gone up and food has the most.

Many manufactures have price increases each year. We just made a post last week about Fidanza is having one, so we posted so members could purchase them before they go up...

but I love how the government continues to state that we have almost no inflation, except for that little price of gas thing.....which we always exclude from our findings....
