Problem with INJEN???????

I thought Injen was a reputable company?
I've bought one of their intakes and it works but it looks like crap imo.
The casted "injen" on the piece that connects to our intake manifold is all screwed up.

I've been trying to get ahold of them via email for like 3 weeks now but they dont seem to want to respond. Lousy customer service.

This is startin to **** me off.
Anyone got some contact info for injen other than info@injen.com and tech@injen.com?????

From my customer service experience, I would reccomend going with AEM.

Honestly I originally contacted Injen because my intake didnt come with the license plate frame that usually comes with an intake, instead it came with a piece of paper that said to contact them if I wanted the frame.

I was gonna let the crappy casting of my intake go but they cant seem to reply to an ****** email so now I'm trying to get just the poorly made piece replaced also.

Why not deal first with the company you bought it from to try and get some action.
Unless you purchased it directly from them.

i've talked directly with the president of injen, as well as the director of marketing and never had to wait more than a few minutes-hour for a response. the company is top notch, and i have never heard anything bad other than some early fitment issues which were fixed.

Do you want my license plate cover? I have an Injen and it looks great, plus works great. Never had any problems with it. But if you want the License plate cover, just PM me and I will send it to you. It's like new and I will never use it.

My injen is junk metal. My car wasn't running right... I couldn't figure out why for months. Finally, I take a closer look and the welds are no good. This was after a year or so with it on. It ran great for a while. Then I get it off and I wish I had a picture of how bad it had worn. I replaced it and all the issues went away.

I just got mine today and I'm gonna install it tomorrow so I can't speak for fitment or performance yet, but aesthetically, it's perfect. welds are great, and the engraved logos on the maf port are great, as well as the injen badge. no complaints....yet
