Pully question

What size is this pully? It's marked 76.0M, stage 2 or stage 3 pully?

Searched&found nothing.

Well that may be the metric measurement of the pulley, if so then its a 3.0" pulley, I'm not sure if it's stage two or three honestly, but that's what I was running on my cobalt.
