Rear ended for the 3rd time

Its getting a little crazy now I have had my car almost 2 years and I have been rear ended 3 times last one sunday afternooon comming out of the gym. Again the other driver was at fault so now I have to go through the ladies insurance. I had a ss/sc rear bumper that was replaced on my ls bumper from the last idiot who hit me. So what happens now I wont be able to get what the ss/sc bumper is worth cus I have a LS right? And I know the guy from her insurance company will try and screw me and say its not cracked and can be repaired...ill snap because on the side of the bumper that meets the quarter panel is pushed put about a half inch so they better look like replacing it.........god im pissed the value of my car is probably $400 by now thanks to morons

sounds like you need to work on your defensive driving skills, ive avoided several rear-ends as well as side swipes. Im more aware of other people than myself while driving.

Not saying that you're a bad driver... but maybe there's a pattern here and you should look at things besides the other motorists.

haha a bad pattern? I was backing up out of the gym parking lot and the lady directly in back of me wasent looking as she pulled out and i was already half way with the wheel cut. I beeped the horn like 5 times and she still diddent stop. I had a couple get out of there car from at least 5-6 cars down from us and offer to be my witness for the police becuase she heard me whale on my horn! Ok dirt bags so tell me...what kind of pattern is this? i have bad luck and all u retards do is turn against me like its my falt... what a joke Tell me what kind of defensive driving skills woulda worked on that one cobalt burst I would really like to know big shot

he kinda has a point though man....i know it sucks but think of it like this....
If you had time to whale on the horn, you had time to get it into a forward gear and get out of the silly bitches way.

Be prepared for a big fight with her insurance company. They will probably lobby for a "no fault" ruling. Meaning your insurance pays for your damage and her insurance pays for hers. When you're backing out of a parking space, that's one of the few times where the other person is typically NOT found to be at fault because the person driving down the aisle has the right of way and you do not. You might get lucky with the fact that you have witnesses and you might not, but you are more than likely looking at her insurance company fighting tooth and nail to deny your claim that she was at fault.

^^what he said is true. if she was already in the road way and you where still in the spot its your fault. if you both backed into eachother at the same time then its a little harder who started moveing first?
