Yeah you are right with the road noise, but I think I can deal since its not my daily, and if it gets too annoying, I'll buy some sound proofing.

As for empty space I have my 2 12 inch subs that can't fit going in through the trunk so they have to go through the seats folded down so those will take up more of that empty space.

Who knows maybe go full ricer and get a fish tank going in there?! Just kidding, here comes the trolls..

I made my bracket out of stainless then coated it in plasti dip
It is basically u shaped with a small tab on back to bolt to the crash bar. The idea was to move it up out of the way of the intercooler and not put holes or scratch the bumper. I just used a vice, pipe, and hammer to get the shape I wanted, probably only took about 20 minutes if you dont include dry time, only thing I dont like is the braket has to come off the remove bumper no problem though just two bolts

Yea, its just the bare metal. I would like to clean it up and have a cover to smooth out the whole back now that i pulled the seats and the mounting bar out. Left the side panels as the series im in requires them. Im road racing EG honda civics and CRX's. weight is killing me currently, thats why i havent

You just used a flat stainless metal "strap and bent it yourself? Something I night do. I like these kind of things, any pictures would be nice.

Pics of everyone's hide a plate / relocator are welcome so everyone can see others and what options there are.

I hear ya, pun, and yeah we all know how light these civics are Lol. Good luck. You take seats out that weigh 23 lbs, then out in board and fabric making it 15 lbs heavier to get a cleaner look. Kind a set back.

I'm still surprised more people don't use this, since everyone jumped on the tow hook bandwagon around here...

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/gene...-mount-311195/

Oh wait, then they couldn't cruise around on the street with a tow hook on for no reason.

I've read this before. I don't think the front hook has grown on me yet. The rear I like but don't have but not the front.

I still like LNFTX idea but waiting on pics
