replacement tires

so it has come time for me to replace the pirellis, but im really not feeling the $200 a corner, so i think i am going with the Kumho Ecsta SPT 214/45/18s. anybody use these yet? and if you have replaced your tires with anything yet what do you think.

I would go with the Pirelli P-Zero Nero before the Ecsta.

I would not use Kumhos... they have decent traction but they have horrible ride quality and wear. Maybe a decent Falken or Bridgestone ? or as codyss said... maybe a P-Zero Nero ?

Nitto NT 555 Extreme Tires are very good overall quality

These are also as good Yokohama ADVAN Neova

These tires are slightly bigger then the stockers P225/45/R18 but they fit and work well..

Just some other options. I am getting the Nitto's next Spring.

I have owned kumhos before with my 3kgt now I have to be honest they had a decent ride quality and the traction was very good BUT the wear OMG the wear ... I ran those things into the ground in about 8 months and I never over inflated the tires

I will probably go with the Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S. I had those on my Trans Am and they were a decent all around tire and were fairly cheap (well they were cheap for being 275/35/18's anyways).
