my bad i saw you post what is there to get for $15k so i assumed that was all the insurance gave you. $4,000 for axis rims? haha, damn nice way to stick it to them.

glockade.... are you going to part out the car or let them have it? if you part it out i want the blower... i'm sure you could sell alot of **** from it. bargain with the company and see how much they will let you keep if for. if you can keep it for like $2k or under i'm sure you could make that much back just by parting it out.

But the other driver was also at fault because she ran a red light....usually if both parties are in the wrong it's ruled a "no-fault" accident and each party is responsible for their own damages as opposed to one having to pay for both repairs. Usually they just write it up as no-fault and then issue citations for the various infractions such as running the light, accelerating at the intersection, etc.

here in michigan it is always ruled as a "no-fault" accident......sometimes it can suck for the person who really wasnt at fault, like when i rear ended my friend. c his insurance was responsible for paying for the damage.....but i guess it worked out for me b/c i only had to run my car through my insurance

Nothing is salvagable from the wreck except rear bumbper and seats plus I don't feel like tearing it upart anymore. She was good to me so I will give her a traditional goodbye to the junk yard.
