sorry to hear that. u should sue him, make him pay for the new car. At least your air bags went off. I had a 05 Cobalt LS and hit black ice on the highway doing 110kmhr and went into the median and rolled 3 times, 3 people in the car and no inuries. no air bags went off, guess i never hit the bumper. Like people said to me, could have been worse. IMO i say go with the 07 SC, i took the TC for a test drive and like most people, find it has to much of a lag, needs a bigger turbo. Plus the SC has a sexy sound to it and turns alot of heads if u get the CAI
