2) My Dad is a mailman... so that doesn't make the fact that he was in bed with my mom all that bad. In fact, they're in the same bed every night. I think they actually sleep there.

Actually both my parents are deceased, not that that's any of your business, anyway.
The Matrix is my sisters car, the Explorer was traded in for an 06 limited, with the 300hp V8, but the suspension is so soft you can't feel that power.
The explorer was out for it's first oil change, had 2976 miles on it.
I didn't need photos of the car, why would I've? I had evidence from the road commission of the road being re-graveled two days before I had the accident, and the receipt from the tire-changing.
I was ruled responsible for an equipment violation, a fine, and no points.
Forgot the camera when I went to go get my SIM card, but If you guys still want a video, I'll surely get one.

true story comes out , kid looses both parents , gets lots of money , spends it on fast cars , and dies
similar thing happend to a kid here in phoenix , his dad died , he got lots of money had a awd twin turbo porsche , totaled it , got a super bike , ran into the back of a simi trailer doing over 150
sucks you dont have your parents , not trying to make light of that in any way , having lost my dad , it does change your mental state of mind
and being as young as you are you better get control of it before you end up dead , or worse killing other people
go take some defensive driving lesson , learn some drifting , and drive a 3cyl metro tell you get your mental state of mind and driving ability up to par

See, the problem is that your attitude is what got you into that tree in the first place, and obviously you've learned nothing. And it will be that attitude that gets you into more trouble down the line.
And be glad that ANYONE is willing to take the time out to tell you so, since you don't have your parents to do it for you.

yeah the thing is though you can get ticketed for wreckless driving for going the speed limit because there's a little known clause that states you should only drive as fast as CONDITIONS PERMIT. and obviously he was going too fast for the conditions.
Just because the sign says 70, doesn't mean you can safely DO 70, when the road is covered with an inch or more of ice.
It's the posted speed limit or only as fast as conditions permit, whichever is LOWER.
