ROFL Wonder who drove this?

Anyone looking for a premium cobalt in great condition (appears to be flipped more then once) just check the link below. Appears someone thought this model of the cobalt was built for monster truck demolition. I might be wrong tho haha

Wow. I can't think of any reason why someone would buy that. It's completely trashed.

Well if you read the auction.... it clearly states why you should buy the car...

the motor and transmission are good, There is NO title. Air bags good, radio, seats, motor, automatic transmission
610$ for a like new moter and tranny. sounds like a steal to me!

If I had a garage to put it in and take it apart for parts, I would buy it. The engine and trans alone are worth that. It's even close to home.

It looks like the car was impacted from the side and if the front hit it wasnt hard enough to deploy them.

I wonder if the air bags didn't deploy because it wasn't on when this happened.

With that much damage, I find it hard to believe that there is nothing wrong with the engine or trans. Looks like whatever happened to it was quite violent.

The air bags are only designed to go off in a head-on collison, not an off-set one.

The car is a mess but the cabin looks to have kept its shape fairly well. The driver would have been well shaken but if he/she was wearing their seat belt I would say that they easily survived the crash. The windshield may have done a little damage though.

The airbags would go off if the car was on or off, battery is always throwing juice to sensors like temp, radio etc. Too bad it has such a short life.. if you notice it was a pretty base coupe, from the radio to the interior it's self. Truely remarkable if anyone survived althought not impossible.

Also judging on the pictures I am willing to bet it slide off the road and just started rolling instantly when it hit the right spot on the side of the road. judging by angle it finally landed on the passenger side (up sideways). The noticeable damage indicates that person hit a tree or a utility pool.
