Thats what i was thinking too... remember that pic of a bunch of red (i think) cobalt ss/sc going down a street when they were first announced (when there were rumors of a gm supported twincharging system)? im thinking thats them

my source is unknown at this moment and i got this figure long time ago...

i made a post about a year and a half ago with an email from GM with a figure roughly around this one. There were a little over 3,000 SS/SC made in 05.

UPDATE on the Color breakdowns.

This is what Scott Settlemire e-mailed me:

I had to threaten to get someone to run that report -- and I sent a note to several people telling them that we need to make information like you're requesting available to the public -- you probably know that I used to spend a couple of weekends counting and then printing a comprehensive breakdown of build combinations......-- but then, I have no other life!!!

-- anyway -- I'm proposing that we do this each year and post the results on www.chevynation.com -- Now -- I just have to stay in a few peoples' faces.....
