yeha but i wouldnt be able to afford the 36k lol plus a 6% interest on a new car, id have to get something in the 14-17k range

Haha well for some insight then.. I saw it up the street at Oneill Nissan on Street Road. Either they swapped cars or someone bought it, found something wrong/disliked it, and traded it in to jarrett

i know it's a far drive but if you really looking for a used SS/SC theres one here in harrisburg on paxton st looks to be in really good condition its (i forget factory name) dark red, orginal rims its a 07..

i can look at how much they want and the milage on it if you want me to i drive passed it everyday mon-fri.. just PM me and let me know.. uhm i can get pic's if you want to if i find any chipped paint or something.

IMO... if you like the hatch, keep the GTI.

I kick myself in the ass all the time for not taking the GTI... but at the time I was all about having a car with trunk vs a hatch... silly me.

I say keep it he GTI. I had your thought process too once, but cobalts just dont retain their value enough to make it worth the effort. What I mean is...im 2 years ahead on my car payments, and I still owe more then its worth..
