Somebody in this post wanted to see the stripes on my fender,see my sig or look in my gallery,later.

I will be putting red fender stripes on my Redline in the spring. I have heard all about the "rookie" stripe thing, but I dont care. It really adds a nice touch.

Try using Dupli color "Car Art" temporary spray paint. Thats what I did, just to see what it looks like.

I'm very seriously considering getting a set of the double stripes that include the peices cut for the high rise spoiler. Since I have a silver balt, I was thinking either charcoal or blue. Wish they had examples of the different colors :\

For only 200 bucks, thats a pretty badass appearance mod.

I would still probably find a shop to do it though, I have shaky hands.

With mine I followed the body line where the fender meets the bumper.....

The stripes were put on by the teams for identification. With 2 or more cars, painted the same colors going by at 150+ MPH, they put 1, 2, or 3 stripes on the fender so they could quickly identify which car it was.
