soldier in a cobalt

hey guys im new to this site, im a soldier... 18 years old, about to go to iraq, im lookin to find a cheap enough, cobalt ss s/c in real good condition. Anyways before that, my stepdad and uncle build muscle cars, my uncle has a 1350 hp camaro, thing is sick. I wouldnt do anything less than a standard. they want me to get this car so they can put it in there garage and almost make it a project car, they wont let GM do any upgrades, they want to know everything that is into the car and they want it done right. its gunna be under the knife for about 2 years, before i get to drive it.. also prolly 15000$ worth of work, can anyone give me some hints as to what can make this car fly. im gunna give u some ideas of what i want the car to look like and what i have in mind. im aiming for the sleeper look any color ideas?

im thinkin..
first- lower it inch, inch and a half
2nd. get the alloys dipped, i like the darker look
3rd. i want a high spoiler
4th. black the windows out
5th. stage 3 pulleys. etc..
6th. some type of sick exhaust..

anyone, with any inputs give me a holller, thanks guys
AIM- bulletsfouryou if im not on here

completely forged motor, tvs, spray should put you in the 400-500whp range. for around 10K or so

completly forged motor, lower the compression, go with a nice turbo setup with high boost, run spray on that, thatll put you high whp number, better than the tvs will get you.

Buy a new camaro that will get you into the 400 whp range and you will spend about the same.

first step. ditch the supercharger. you will never be that fast with the stock supercharger. what is your power goal?

Thank you for serving our country.

I would also suggest a Camaro, I have seen turbo kits that bring the 6.0L corvette to 450Hp + at the wheels. You should easily be able to do the same to a Camaro when the aftermarket starts stepping up.
